Shipping FAQs

We are still fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, but things are moving slower than they would in normal circumstances. Please allow additional time for processing and transit.

Oversized Items
Due to a surge in online shopping, most oversized item orders are taking longer than usual to process and ship. We can provide estimated processing and transit times, but we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for oversized item orders. 

Freight shipping costs, for most oversized item orders, will be quoted on an order-by-order basis. In an effort to provide the most competitive shipping rates to our customers, most oversized items cannot be purchased through our online store until further notice. If a product does not have the Add to Cart option, please contact us for a shipping quote! Thank you for your patience as we continue to monitor fluctuating shipping costs.

Please note that we are not shipping beds via freight at this time. Current delivery options for beds include local pickup, local delivery, and white glove delivery.

We work hard to keep shipping & delivery costs as low as possible, and we make special trucking arrangements for large orders. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to specific oversized items. Any items that incur additional surcharges will be noted in the item's product description. All surcharges are in addition to the base shipping cost of the total order. Please use the chart below to estimate shipping charges.

Due to our remote location in the Adirondacks, our small team, and varying transit times between carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. 

Most standard item orders are currently shipping within one week of order placement. Due to a surge in online shopping this year, most oversized item orders are taking longer than usual to process and ship. If you are trying to meet a project deadline, please contact us before placing your order! We can provide estimated processing and transit times. 

What is considered a standard v. oversized item order?

Standard Item Examples: Throws, candles, wall charts, pillows and etc.

Oversized Item Examples: Sofas, cabinets, beds, dining tables and etc.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer expedited shipping due to our remote location in the Adirondacks.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or internationally through our online retail store. Please contact us to request a shipping quote for orders shipping outside of the continental U.S.

Yes, we do! White glove delivery services are quoted on an order-by-order basis. Our standard shipping charges do not apply. Please contact us for a white glove delivery quote.

About White Glove Delivery

A delivery team will come to our location to pick up your order. They will transport the order to your general location, and then, they will contact you to arrange a date and time for delivery. On the delivery date, the team will carry the item(s) inside your home, assemble them and place them in your room of choice.*

*May not be available in all locations.

In the event of damaged goods, please note the damage on the delivery receipt (for freight orders only) before signing, and save all packing materials. Please email clear photos of the damaged merchandise to shipping@drgoods.com within three days of the delivery date. We'll do our best to remedy the situation quickly!
