Returns/Exchanges FAQs

We want you to be happy, so we accept returns/exchanges on most items! We will offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) for items that are returned in their original condition within 30 days of shipping or in-store purchase. We accept exchanges for most items within 30 days of shipping or in-store purchase.

We do not accept returns/exchanges for custom items, vintage items, and final sale or discounted items.

Customers can choose to have a refund issued to the original payment type or to receive store credit in the form of a Dartbook gift card.

Please contact us to return/exchange an item! Once we have authorized your return, we will give you further instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A refund will only be processed for a returned item once we have received it in its original condition.

In the event of damaged goods, please note the damage on the delivery receipt (for freight orders only) before signing, and save all packing materials. Please email clear photos of the damaged merchandise to shipping@drgoods.com within three days of the delivery date. We'll do our best to remedy the situation quickly!

Please note that handcrafted items may vary slightly from the product photos due to natural variations in our materials and the construction process. The production lead time, noted in a product's description, reflects the current estimate and is subject to change.

Please note that all vintage items are used. We do our best to describe the condition of vintage items accurately on their product pages. Please ensure that you read the condition information for vintage items and our return policy before placing an order. We do not accept returns for vintage items.
